At Home Real Estate Services is a full service property management company that services the Springfield, MO metro area.

We specialize in the following types of properties:

We offer two levels of services, Full Management or  Leasing Only which are explained below.

Full Management:

We know that rental property can eat away at your time so we take care of everything from start to finish. We charge 10% of gross income and provide the following: (Some properties subject to a 10% leasing fee. Call for details)

• Get your property advertised and out to the public via professional websites.
• Personalized showings
• We check - Backgrounds, Credit History, Previous Rental History, Sex Offender List
• Lease signing - we can provide an attorney approved lease for you or use yours.
• Oversee utility change over.
• Take all maintenance calls.
• Arrange for all work to be done with your approval.
• Rent Collection.
• Professional Reports to Owner broken down by property monthly.
• Move out inspections.
• Security Deposit Disposition process.

Leasing Only:

If you simply need us to find a renter for you and you want to do the management yourself, we provide the following for 50% of the first full months rent on a full years lease**:

• Get your property advertised and out to the public via professional websites.
• Personalized showings
• We check - Backgrounds, Credit History, Previous Rental History, Sex Offender List
• Lease signing - we can provide an attorney approved lease for you or use yours.
• Oversee utility change over.

** If you bring a tenant to the process after the contract is signed we will discount our fee to 20% and will still provide all of our leasing only services.
