Our staff will receive an email notification of your repair request and will assign a vendor.

You will be notified of the next steps via call, text, or email. 

Please make sure that we have your current contact information. 

Repair or damage caused by negligence or misuse is the resident's responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, and the resident will be charged back for the cost of the labor and materials.
